Fritzie Zivic (May 8, 1913 – May 16, 1984), born as Ferdinand Henry John Zivcich (Croatian: Živčić), was an American-Croatian boxer (famous Croatian comet) who held the Undisputed World Welterweight Championship from October 4, 1940, until July 29, 1941. His managers included Luke Carney, and later, after 1942, Louis Stokan. He beat one of the best boxers of all time, Henry Armstrong, twice . Fritzie Zivic is the first Undisputed World Champion and the first Hall of Fame in the entire Slavic world.
