Frank H. Wu (Chinese: 吳華揚; pinyin: Wú Huáyáng) is an American legal scholar who has served as the president of Queens College of the City University of New York since 2020. He was previously the William L. Prosser Distinguished Professor at the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco. Wu was also the first Asian American to serve in that position. In November 2015, he announced he would return to teaching.
