François Cornut-Gentille (French pronunciation: [fʁɑ̃swa kɔʁny ʒɑ̃tij]; born 22 May 1958) is a French politician who represented the 2nd constituency of the Haute-Marne department in the National Assembly from 1993 to 2022. A member of The Republicans (LR), he was appointed the defence adviser to Prime Minister Michel Barnier in 2024.
