Esperanza "Hope" Andrade (born July 1, 1949) is a businesswoman from San Antonio, Texas. She is the former commissioner representing employers on the Texas Workforce Commission, an appointed position which she held from 2013 to 2015. From 2008 to 2012, she was the secretary of state of Texas under Governor Rick Perry.
