Eric Earl Murphy (born November 6, 1979) is an American lawyer and jurist serving since 2019 as a U.S. circuit judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He previously served as the Solicitor General of Ohio from 2013 to 2019.
