Elmer Ernest Roper (June 4, 1893 – November 12, 1994) was a Canadian businessman, trade unionist and politician. He was an elected member of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, 1942-1955, as a representative of the Alberta Co-operative Commonwealth Federation party in the city of Edmonton and also served as mayor of Edmonton 1959-1963.
