E. B. Creasy & Company PLC is a conglomerate holding company in Sri Lanka. The company was founded in 1878. E. B. Creasy acquired Darley Butler & Company, another one of the oldest companies in Sri Lanka in 1967. The company went public in 1968 and was listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange. E. B.
