Douglas Brian Keola Moylan (born October 19, 1966) is an American politician and lawyer serving as the 15th attorney general of Guam since 2023. A member of the Republican Party, he previously served as the ninth attorney general of Guam from 2003 to 2007.
In 1990, Moylan was licensed to practice law in California and has been in active practice since. In 2002, he became Guam's first elected attorney general. In 2022, Moylan ran for re-election, defeating incumbent Leevin Camacho.
