Dirk Niebel (German pronunciation: [ˈdɪʁk ˈniːbl̩]; born 29 March 1963) is a German politician. From 2009 to 2013, he served as Federal Minister of Economic Cooperation and Development. From 2005 to 2009, he was secretary general of the FDP.
