The Denpasar City Regional House of Representatives (Indonesian: Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kota Denpasar; Balinese: ᬤᬾᬯᬦ᭄​ᬧᭂᬃᬯᬓᬶᬮᬦ᭄​ᬭᬓᬢ᭄​ᬤᬳᬾᬭᬄ​ᬓᭀᬢ​ᬤᬾᬦ᭄ᬧᬲᬃ, abbreviated to DPRD Denpasar) is the unicameral municipal legislature of the city of Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia. It has 45 members, who are elected every five years, simultaneously with the national legislative election.

The Denpasar City DPRD elected based on an open list of parties in general elections every five years. The current DPRD has 45 members. The last general election was held in February 14, 2024, with the majority of votes won by the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P).

It convenes in the Denpasar City DPRD Building, North Denpasar.
