Debra Lynn Boutin (born 1957 in Holyoke, Massachusetts) is an American mathematician, the Samuel F. Pratt Professor of Mathematics at Hamilton College, where she chairs the mathematics department. Her research involves the symmetries of graphs and distinguishing colorings of graphs.
