David Rubin (Hebrew: דייוויד רובין; born 1957) is an American-Israeli activist, philanthropist, and author. He is a former mayor of the Israeli town of Shiloh and the founder of the Shiloh Israel Children's Fund, which works to heal the trauma of children who were victims of terrorist attacks.
