Costa Vescovato is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 100 kilometres (62 mi) southeast of Turin and about 25 kilometres (16 mi) southeast of Alessandria. It borders the municipalities of Avolasca, Carezzano, Castellania Coppi, Cerreto Grue, Montegioco, Paderna, and Villaromagnano.
