Comerong Island is a small island and locality in the Shoalhaven region of New South Wales, Australia, It lies at the mouth of the Shoalhaven River and is bounded by Berry's Canal to the west, the Crookhaven River to the south and the Tasman Sea to the east. As of the 2021 Census it has a population of 19. It is connected to Seven Mile Beach via a tombolo between the Shoalhaven River and the sea, which opens to the sea periodically following floods.
Public access is via a cable ferry from Numbaa operated by Shoalhaven City Council.
Roughly half the island is covered by Comerong Island Nature reserve.
