Colfiorito (Italian: [ˌkɔlfjoˈriːto]; "Flowery Hill") is a village in Umbria, central Italy, now a frazione (borough) of the comune (municipality) of Foligno. Under its Roman name Plestia, it was the seat of a Roman Catholic bishopric which is currently a titular see. It is known for a variety of lentils grown in its territory.
