Chanakh (Armenian: չանախ, Armenian pronunciation: [t͡ʃʰɑˈnɑχ]) is a semi-hard Armenian brined cheese with a sharp, salty flavor. It is one of the traditional and most widely consumed types of cheese in Armenia.
