Cebu Normal University (Cebuano: Unibersidad Normal sa Sugbo), also referred to by its acronym CNU, is a state research university in Cebu City, Philippines established in 1902.

CNU is designated by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) as Center of Excellence (COE) in both Nursing Education and Teacher Education.
