Catherine Ruth Schenk FRSA FRHistS FAcSS (born 2 September 1964) is a Canadian economic historian. She is Professor of Economic and Social History at the University of Oxford and a professorial fellow at St Hilda's College. She is also an associate fellow at Chatham House.
