Carsten Träger (born 25 October 1973) is a German politician of the Social Democratic Party (SPD) who has served as a member of the Bundestag from the state of Bavaria since 2013.
In addition to his work in parliament, Träger has been serving as Parliamentary State Secretary at the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Climate Protection and Nuclear Safety in the government of Chancellor Friedrich Merz since 2025.
