Bur Dubai (Arabic: بُر دُبَيّ, romanized: Bur Dubayy, lit. 'Dubai land') is a historic district in Dubai, located on the western side of the Dubai Creek. The name is a reference to the traditional separation of the area from Deira by the creek.
