Brunswick (/ˈbrʌnzwɪk/ BRUN-zwik or /ˈbrʌnswɪk/ BRUN-swik) is the largest city in Medina County, Ohio, United States. The population was 35,426 at the 2020 census. It is approximately 20 miles (32 km) southwest of Cleveland and part of the Cleveland metropolitan area.
