Bogdan Roman Święczkowski (born May 22, 1970, in Sosnowiec) is a Polish lawyer and prosecutor. Between 2006–2007, he served as the head of the Internal Security Agency and in 2015 he was the Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Justice. In 2016–2022, he was appointed the national prosecutor and the first deputy of the public prosecutor general. He is current President of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Republic of Poland since December 2024.
In February 2022, he was appointed judge of the Constitutional Tribunal.
