William John Holding (first ¼ 1907 – November 1986) was an English professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1920s, 1930s and 1940s. He played at representative level for Cumberland, and at club level for Warrington (two spells), and Rochdale Hornets as a goal-kicking fullback.
