William G. Spadea (/speɪdiə/ SPAY-dee-ə; born March 25, 1969) is an American businessman and former radio and television host from New Jersey, who is also known for his various political campaigns in the state. Spadea has been involved in politics, first as chairman of the College Republican National Committee from 1993–95. He was the Republican nominee for United States Congress in New Jersey's 12th congressional district in 2004, and ran as a Republican for the New Jersey State Assembly in 2012, losing both races. In media, he has been a radio host on New Jersey 101.5 and was the host of Chasing News.
On June 17, 2024, he announced his candidacy for the 2025 New Jersey gubernatorial election. On January 30, 2025, he gave up his radio show on NJ 101.5 to focus on his campaign. Spadea lost the Republican primary election, coming in second to Jack Ciattarelli.
