Thomas Bertie "Bert" Jenkins (first ¼ 1885 – 4 February 1943) was a Welsh rugby union, and professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1900s, 1910s and 1920s. He played club level rugby union (RU) for Troedyrhiw RFC and Mountain Ash RFC, and representative level rugby league (RL) for Great Britain, Wales and Lancashire, and at club level for Wigan, as a centre.
