Arash Amel (Persian: آرش عامل) (born 1976) is a Welsh-Iranian screenwriter, graphic novelist and producer. He is the screenwriter of A Private War and The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare. He is also the creator of two graphic novels, including the Amazon MGM Studios series Butterfly (2025-present).
