Angeline P. Caruso (October 9, 1922 – November 8, 2000) was an American educator, education administrator and former school superintendent. Caruso served as interim superintendent of the Chicago Public Schools district from December 13, 1979, until March 25, 1981. Although her position was as an interim, Caruso is noted as the first woman to hold the position.
