Andre Low Wu Yang (Chinese: 刘宇扬; pinyin: Liú Yǔyáng, born 1991) is a Singaporean politician. A member of the Workers' Party (WP), he has been serving as a Non-constituency Member of Parliament (NCMP) for the 15th Parliament of Singapore since 19 May 2025.
