Amish Shah (born 1977/1978) is an American politician and physician who served as a member of the Arizona House of Representatives for District 5 from 2023 to 2024. He previously served as the Representative for District 24 from 2019 to 2023. A member of the Democratic Party, he first entered the legislature by defeating incumbent Representative Ken Clark in 2018. Shah was the Democratic candidate for U.S. Congress in Arizona's 1st congressional district in the 2024 election, losing to incumbent Republican David Schweikert.
