Amalio Rafael Carreño Adrián [ah-mah'-leo / car-ray'-nyoh] (born April 11, 1964) is a Venezuelan former professional baseball right-handed relief pitcher, who played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the 1991 Philadelphia Phillies.
