Alfonso Villar Umali Jr. (born April 29, 1955), commonly known as "PA" Umali, is a Filipino politician who has served as the Representative of the 2nd District of Oriental Mindoro in the House of Representatives of the Philippines. He has previously served as Governor of Oriental Mindoro and has held the position of Treasurer of the Liberal Party of the Philippines.
