Alebrijes de Oaxaca Fútbol Club is a Mexican professional football club based in Oaxaca, that plays in Liga de Expansión MX, the second level division of Mexican football. The club was founded in 2012, when the Tecamachalco franchise won the Segunda División title and earned the promotion to the Ascenso MX. Due to poor infrastructure they were unable to participate, which led to the formation of the new Oaxaca franchise.
