Allan F. Leach (December 9, 1935 – October 18, 2024) was a former transportation executive and politician in Ontario, Canada. In the 1970s, 1980s, and early 1990s, he was the head of GO Transit and later the Toronto Transit Commission. He was a Progressive Conservative member of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario from 1995 to 1999 and a prominent cabinet minister in the government of Mike Harris.
