Aaron Francis Reitz (born May 22, 1987) is an American attorney who served as the Assistant Attorney General for the United States Department of Justice's Office of Legal Policy from March 2025 until his resignation in June 2025. He previously served as the Chief of Staff to Senator Ted Cruz and Texas Deputy Attorney General office.
