The 2024–25 Incarnate Word Cardinals women's basketball team represents the University of the Incarnate Word in the 2024–25 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Cardinals were led by sixth-year coach Jeff Dow, and are members of the Southland Conference (SLC). The season was surprisingly followed up with Dow not having his contract renewed.
