The 1993–94 Courage League National Division One was the seventh season of the first tier of the English league system, currently known as the Gallagher Premiership. Bath were the defending champions and the only new side was Newcastle who were promoted from 1992–93 Courage League National Division Two. Due to restructuring at the end of the previous season, the league had been reduced to 10 teams down from 14, but now for the first time each time played one another twice, in a round robin system, home and away.
At the end of the season Bath retained their league title once again, making it four in a row (and five overall), six points clear of runners up Leicester Tigers. Newcastle Gosforth and London Irish were relegated to the 1994–95 Courage League National Division Two.
