On March 6, 1933, Herman Klink, a 40-year-old mentally ill man, shot 11 people in Cleveland, Ohio, United States, with a .22-caliber rifle. Two of the victims died at the scene, and three others died later in the hospital. Klink was shot and killed by police after a brief standoff.
