Élise Delzenne (born 28 January 1989) is a French former professional road and track racing cyclist, who competed professionally between 2013 and 2017 for the Bourgogne–Pro Dialog, Velocio–SRAM and Lotto–Soudal Ladies teams. She was the winner of the 2013 French National Road Race Championships. In 2015, she finished second in individual pursuit and points race at the European Track Championships.
