The Universe to Universe Missile (often abriviated UUM) is a long-ranged missile capable of destroying entire universes, which seems to get jammed easily. It was once used by the DOOP on its flagship, the Nimbus (TBWABB).

Trivia

Since the the Universe to Universe Missile is a machine, it would not be able to travel through the Anomaly, but it is unknown if it would have been destroyed by the rift or detonated by colliding with it.
The abbreviation for the missile, UUM, may be a reference to the fact that most people would hesitate before destroying a whole universe.
An identical missile appears in "Cold Warriors".
