United Mutant Scholarship Fund
The United Mutant Scholarship Fund was created by Mrs. Astor to help Sewer Mutants in need of charity. It is supported by the Astor Endowment Fundraiser of 3010 and is meant to finance Brown University, the premier institution of lower learning in the New New York sewers, so mutants will be too busy to demand equal rights and access to the surface of New New York.

Attendants of the New New York Historical Society were supposed to donate money to the fund. However, as nearly everyone hated the Sewer Mutants, the aggregated value was likely very low.
