Uncle Toby
Uncle Toby is the owner of Say Uncle Utilities, and tried to take over MomCorp with Dad. He and Dad approached all of Mom's stockholders and almost bought them out, until Leela (posing as Mom) revealed that Uncle Toby was from the future, and Dad was actually a Mutant. Leela then used this information to stop him and Dad from taking over, turn their companies over to MomCorp and become Janitors.
