Slowmobile
Slowmobiles are the main means of transport in the Central Bureaucracy. They resemble hovering scooters except for their excruciatingly slow pace. They are so slow and powerless that a "collision" with a stack of boxes will not cause the boxes to topple—it only nudges them slightly.
