Pawnbroker
The pawnbroker is the only known employee at Rook Takes Pawnshop. As he also owns the shop, [1] his name might be Rook Takes. He is occasionally visited by the crew to sell things they don't think they need any more. Out of three known sales to him, two were later attempted to be undone (2ACV03, console game).
