New DOOP Headquarters
New DOOP Headquarters was a large space station at the orbit of Neutral Planet. It was supposed to become headquarters of Democratic Order of Planets replacing Old DOOP Headquarters, but was destroyed by Zapp Brannigan in the opening ceremony, wasting four hundred billion dollars.
