Neutropolis
Neutropolis, also known as the Neutral Capitol, is the capitol city of the Neutral Planet, where most of the affairs of the Neutral People take place and the Neutral President resides. Like everywhere else on the planet, Neutropolis is colored in monotone shades of grey and beige. Presumably the largest Neutral city, it was unsuccessfully attacked by Zapp Brannigan in the year 3000 (2ACV02).
