Minimum Obligations Manual
Minimum Obligations Manual is a book containing the mandatory speech given when a Planet Express employee has been working for the company for a certain number of years. It was used by Hermes in 3002 when Zoidberg had been working at Planet Express for 10 years. [3ACV11] The opening paragraph reads:
