Lou is a technician at Applied Cryogenics and works closely with Terry and gets confused how he always says "Welcome, to the world of tomorrow!". Lou always has an unhappy expression and introduces defrostees by simply telling them to enjoy their future. He enjoys poker and helped beat up Bender when he cheated.[2ACV11]
