Inara Serra's head
Inara Serra was a character played by Morena Baccarin on the short-lived cult television series Firefly and the movie Serenity. When the Planet Express crew visits the Head Museum for a party in 3011, Serra's head is visible on a shelf in the Hall of Presidents (6ACV23).
