The human-horn dealer is a chameleon-like sleazy alien who owns the Beast With Two Bucks sex shop at the Galactic Bazaar. He sells many porn products, including human horn (though he doesn't allow cops inside the shop). He video-tapes everyone who comes in, so that he can blackmail them later. In 3004, he owned Fry's nose, which he sold to Lrrr.[4ACV17]
