The Germ Warfare Repository was built in Norway sometime before 3010. Its main purpose seems to be to collect and preserve viruses and diseases to be used in biological warfare. In a lack of foresight it was built next to the Svalbard Global Seed Vault, leading to viruses travelling from the Repository and contaminating the seeds stored in the vault. It has only appeared in a non-canon segment of "The Futurama Holiday Spectacular", so it might not be canon to the Futurama universe.
